Our Staff

We are extremely proud of our excellent staff of teachers and directors! Our staff is part of the consistent care provided by Kids ‘R’ Kids.

All Kids ‘R’ Kids faculty & personnel are required to follow state regulations that apply to training. Our staff is trained in First Aid/CPR, Infectious Disease Control, Injury Prevention, and Child Abuse Awareness. Additional training in curriculum, child development, classroom arrangement, classroom management, age appropriate activities, nutrition, field trip planning and OSHA regulations to provide the staff with skills needed to create a quality learning environment. The staff is encouraged to further their education through Early Childhood Education degrees, CDA and CCP programs and are given opportunities to attend professional training conferences.

Director

Our Director is Dorothy Montalvo.  Ms Dorothy received her Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Incarnate Word.  After college she pursued her passion in teaching and she began teaching at Parent Child Incorporated for about three years. She attained her Child Development Associate Degree (CDA) from San Antonio College.  She also received her EC-4 Certification and Spec ED Certification.  She then substitute taught in a variety of age groups with the Northside ISD.  She has been a member of the Junior League of San Antonio for three years.  She has also volunteered at Southwest Mental Health Center, Seton Home, and the San Antonio Food Bank.  Ms Dorothy says "I am proud and excited about working at Kids 'R' Kids of Liberty Field.  I am passionate about providing the best educational experience for your children in a loving and safe environment."
